Here at Walton Middle School, we pride ourselves in providing our students with the best educational opportunities to become proficient in technology. Additionally, our students have or are in the process of mastering various apps (i.e. Clips, Book Creator, pages, and etc.) and technological strategies, that assist them in accessing the curriculum and mastering their knowledge, with the use of technology. By employing these various strategies, we have been able to increase our test scores, improve student’s organizational skills, increase our student’s technological skills, and create a positive climate; which has reduced our suspension rate from 5.9% to 2.9%. As a result, at Walton Middle School, we are continuously striving to remain innovate in becoming global competitors in the 21st Century.
